Electrical and Control Systems Department I
Raw Material Processing Control Systems is mainly responsible for the ship loading and unloading of raw materials. Various kinds of raw materials are stored or sent to the coking and sintering process for the coke and sinter raw materials required by blast furnace in the downstream via conveyor system and stacker-reclaimer.
Utility Facilities Control Systems is mainly responsible for the handling of utility resources such as water, electricity, oil and gas. It uses instrument electrical control system to effectively integrate monitoring and scheduling of utility resources, thereby achieving the best control of system performance.
Hot Rolling Control Systems is mainly responsible for reheating the slab and then rolling in accordance with purchase order specifications, finally sending to the packing line for package.
Electrical and Control Systems Department II
Blast Furnace Control Systems Section: provides technical support and information services to the solutions of blast furnace ironmaking zone (including furnace slag granulation, pulverized coal injection, furnace top gas power generation, etc.), enhancing production efficiency and strengthen enterprise competitiveness.
Steel Making Control Systems Section: is committed to providing overall solutions of BOF steelmaking area, electric furnace steelmaking area, liquid steel refining area, slab continuous casting area and slab finishing area.
Cold Rolling Control Systems Section: is committed to providing overall solutions of flat cold forming area, steel pipe forming area, process line and crane related control system.
Intelligent Systems Department
Logistics and Transportation Systems Section is committed to providing technical support and information services to the solutions of domestic and foreign steel plant, including various engineering businesses of finished and semi-finished products storage yard management system, VACSS system, vehicle monitoring system, vehicle report, vehicle queuing, steel products quality detection and release system, enhancing production efficiency and strengthen enterprise competitiveness.
Process Information Systems Section is committed to providing overall solutions of domestic and foreign steel plant, including process control computer system, process information integration computer system, steel plant process statistical computer system, reheating furnace, annealing furnace thermal model computer system, stationary sources of air pollutants Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS), air pollution and greenhouse gases information system, Energy Management System (EMS) as well as renewable energy management system engineering businesses.
